Motion Designer

Bored of static images? And of job postings that start with a witty rhetorical question? Then let's skip that part. The bottom line: we are looking for a Motion Designer to join our awesome team—someone who knows the craft inside out, works at a swift pace, and has incredible attention to detail.
Your Responsibilities:
- Motion adaptation for integrated campaigns: Creating fast-paced social media content, animated banners, and digital ads following the latest industry trends.
- Storytelling in 2D–2.5D: Animating explainer videos where complex messages need to be made visually easy to understand.
- Branding: Designing logo animations and complete motion graphic identities.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the creative team (art director, copywriter) right from the initial concept phase.
What is Important to Us:
- Strong eye for graphic design: You understand the rules of composition, typography, and color theory.
- Technically proficient: You know After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop inside out. If needed, you aren't afraid of automation (expressions) either. Knowledge of 3D (Cinema 4D or Blender) is a major plus!
- Big-picture thinker: You understand how video content works on TikTok, how it functions on a DOOH citylight, and what goes into a sleek brand animation.
